Raptors acquire Andre Iguodala, Kelly Olynyk, Duncan Robinson

This deal, as with others involving Olynyk, comes with the caveat that he’ll need to opt-in to the final season of his contract.

Miami’s best chance to match Lowry’s salary in a trade is by including both Iguodala and Olynyk. But there would need to be something of value in return for Toronto in order to get Lowry out of Canada.

It came down to a decision of Duncan Robinson or picks, and we went with Robinson.

Lowry is considered one of the top players in Raptors history, and trading him may not be easy for the franchise. But it could be the right decision long-term.
