2. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have a new vice president of basketball operations, Artūras Karnišovas, and a new head coach in Billy Donovan.

The Bulls won just 22 games last season, but the signing of Karnišovas and Donovan show that Chicago has no plans to tank its way through the 2021 season.

The Bulls plan to contend, but in order to do that they’ll need to make a few moves.

Chicago could go into next season with much of the same core, but the Bulls have averaged just 23.7 wins over the last three seasons. Similarly to Thibodeau’s situation in New York, a new coach or executive likely won’t fix all the issues.
