Chicago Bulls
The Bulls have a new pair of decision makers, in executive vice president of basketball operations Artūras Karnišovas and head coach Billy Donovan.
Chicago’s young core is built around Zach LaVine, but the Bulls could use a veteran scorer to come in ease the burden offensively.
The Bulls hope to contend in the near future, and adding DeMar DeRozan would be a short-term solution, assuming he’d come on the final year of his contract instead of opting-out.
DeRozan could play right away in Donovan’s system, and immediately bring 20-plus points per game, along with around five assists per game and an effective field goal percentage of 50 percent.
