76ers: 3 reasons Philadelphia should push for a Buddy Hield trade

The Philadelphia 76ers will need to make some changes to their roster in the NBA offseason. Could looking at a potential trade with the Sacramento Kings for Buddy Hield be a potential option?

There was a strong surge from the Kings to move up in the Western Conference standings prior to the suspension of the NBA season back in March. It’s reasonable for Sacramento to have a desire to run it back next season for that reason.

It’s important to note, the Kings’ overall rebuilding effort could continue to come up short with how loaded the Western Conference will be in 2021. Having a continued locker room disurption in Hield would not help.

While the Kings will reportedly not be looking to change their stance on trading Hield in the offseason, the 76ers should still inquire about a potential deal.

Hield is coming off a season with the Kings that featured plenty of ups and downs. He averaged 19.2 points (42.9% FG, 39.4% 3P, 84.6%), 4.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists while starting 44 of his 72 appearances.

Here are three reasons the Philadelphia 76ers should push for a trade for Sacramento Kings sharpshooter Buddy Hield.
