With Alvin Gentry no longer in New Orleans, the Pelicans could shake up their roster around its core.
If Jrue Holiday is put on the trade block, he would be a solid contributor in Los Angeles, alongside James and Davis.
In Holiday, the Lakers would get a proven, consistent veteran who has extensive experience playing with Davis from their time together in New Orleans.
Holiday and Davis could reunite in Los Angeles, of course joined by James. Holiday, 30, has one year remaining on his current contract before he can be a free agent.
