3. Toronto Raptors

The Raptors were knocked out of the playoffs recently by the Celtics. After winning an NBA championship a season ago, Toronto failed to make it back to the Eastern Conference Finals. They are officially on to the offseason and that could mean making a push for Harrell.

Serge Ibaka is coming off the books for the Raptors and will enter free agency. Toronto could let him walk and replace him with Harrell. This would be an upgrade, despite Ibaka playing very well in the restart.

Harrell is a younger option and adds a bigger threat rebounding the ball. He has proven he could score down low and be effective on the defensive end.

This is a chance for a contender to get even better. Harrell would switch conferences and go to one of the top teams in the East if this move happened. He will not be a cheap option but Harrell could give a return on the investment immediately.
