The Minnesota Timberwolves may have found their ideal running mate for Karl-Anthony Towns when they swapped Andrew Wiggins for D’Angelo Russell. They also have the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft, but there is no franchise-changing, franchise-defining star to be had.
