More Time For Victor Oladipo To Get Up To Speed

After missing a year due to a ruptured quad, Victor Oladipo made his return to the court for the Pacers on January 29th against the Chicago Bulls. His return was slow and he struggled with his shot. The break in action is giving him time to get back up to speed.

No workout or practice situation can prepare a player for game action, but Oladipo was starting to get comfortable again. In fact, in the last game the Pacers played before the season suspension, Oladipo scored 27 points against the Boston Celtics.

Oladipo has no doubt been working hard throughout the COVID-19 quarantine. He should come back looking much more comfortable.

If the Pacers want to compete in the first round against the Heat or any other team, they need a better version of Oladipo than they were seeing. This break in action might be exactly what the doctor ordered for the star shooting guard.
