Gordon Hayward has been struggling with consistency ever since returning from his gruesome ankle injury. The Celtics need him to figure things out and be a consistent 20 points per game scorer if they want to beat out elite teams like the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers.

There have been very positive signs of late from Hayward, as he averaged 16.9 points per game in the month of February. However, there are still too many nights where he sits around the 10-12 point range.
