1. The Young Lakers Roster

The Lakers will start their season on the road against the Portland Trail Blazers on October 19th. Currently, Los Angeles has a problem and it is a problem that some teams would love to have as far as solidifying a young talented roster.

Walton will probably use the first month of the regular season to figure out a solid rotation. Beasley will find himself with plenty of opportunities to earn significant minutes. The signing of the former Rocket allows the Lakers to use him in multiple small ball lineups, whether he starts or comes off the bench.

At 6-foot-9 the 2016 CBA Foreign MVP can shoot over smaller defenders, or post up and spin to the basket. Not to mention the two time CBA All-Star has the ability to stretch the floor with his three-point shooting.

Similar to James the 2008 Big 12 Player of the Year can bring the ball up the court and rebound when necessary. For the last three seasons, the former Big 12 product has shot above 50 percent from the field which is what the Lakers need.

Last season the Lakers struggled at times to score easy buckets. However, the team averaged 40.7 percent from the field. Throughout his career, B-Easy has proven that he is always ready to play when given a chance. With all things considered the Lakers are still a young team that will struggle.

As the season goes on the second overall pick of the 2008 draft, will prove that he was a solid addition to the Lake show.
