Improve on the Defensive End of the Court

Kyle Kuzma showcased an impressive all-around offensive game, but his defense could use a bit of work. If he wants to become an all-around star, he has to do it on both ends of the court.

There is no question that Kuzma has the physical ability to become a good defender. He stands at 6-foot-9 and 220 pounds and has a good amount of athleticism. Kuzma is quick for a power forward and should be able to stay in front of opposing forwards.

Los Angeles knows how good Kuzma is capable of becoming on the offensive end of the court. Even if he is unable to become a two-way star, his offense will keep him in the league for a long time.

On the other hand, making the leap as a defender would immediately take him to a higher level as a player. He may never become a superstar, but with hard work, he has the ability to get close to that level.
