He Must Have a Winning Mindset

Over the past few years, the Lakers have simply not been playing their games with a winning mindset. It has become an accepted fact that L.A. has not been a contender for quite some time.

Kuzma is a winner at heart and has not been part of the long-term acceptance of losing in L.A. It won’t be difficult for him to put on a winning mindset.

Add in the fact that LeBron James in on the team and always expects excellence from everyone and things are going to get interesting for the youth in L.A.

In a recent interview, Kuzma stated that he believes everyone is underestimating the Lakers.

“We are both definitely excited about the roster and the pieces that we have. And we think that a lot of people are underestimating us. It is definitely going to be fun playing with all these new guys.”

He may be right, but the Lakers must become confident in their ability to win and contend in the West.
